The coaching finder

The finder helps you compare support levels. Its answers stay in browser memory and are cleared when you close it. It does not send those answers to FlexFactory or create an application. Do not enter detailed health information here.

Enquiries

The coaching and private-session enquiry links open hosted HubSpot forms. When you submit, your contact details and general goals go to FlexFactory so Alex can respond. Phone is optional. Business notifications are routed to FlexFactory11@outlook.com. Keep detailed readiness and health information for private onboarding.

An enquiry does not authorize payment, book an appointment, enroll you in training or subscribe you to marketing. HubSpot provides form hosting and spam protection, including reCAPTCHA, under the providers’ applicable privacy practices.

Coaching and purchases

Trainerize provides client access, private onboarding and coaching delivery. Trainerize checkout uses Stripe for payments. Service and transaction records are used to deliver the selected service, administer billing and handle support. Before participation, FlexFactory must retain the accepted document version, participant identity, affirmative choices and acceptance time with the enrollment record, and provide a copy to the client.

Your choices

Email FlexFactory to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry information, or to ask us to stop following up. We may need to verify your identity. Records needed for an applicable legal obligation or dispute may need to be retained.

Marketing and photo/video permissions are separate choices and are never inferred from an enquiry, purchase or imported potential-client record. Read the service terms.
